We focus on Prenatal and new mama yoga to help build strength, improve circulation, regulate breathing, opens energy channels and harmonizes the relationship and functioning of body, mind and breath.
Breath and movement are the best tools for pelvic health. Our pelvic health classes focus on the inner unit (core four), diaphragm, pelvic floor, transverse abdominis and the multifidus. These core four affect the entire body and coordination between all four elements is required for ideal function.
In addition to movement practices, we offer Holistic Nutrition consultation. Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching uses proven principles to build a strong foundation for long-term health.
