Hi! I’m Mel B. No, not the spice girl but just as awesome.
I am a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Registered Holistic NutritionistTM. I passionately work with pregnant and new mamas. My classes focus on using intuitive movements to find what feels good, mindfulness, self-care and humor. I have an obsession with pelvic health and spinal mobility.
