Let’s build a community of Mamas. This series is designed for soon-to-be and new Mamas. Deepen your relationship with Babe. As Mamas-to-be stretch, they learn to relax naturally, and begin to trust the innate wisdom within. Foster this relationship alongside new Mamas looking to return or start a yoga practice safely and with more awareness to their new bodies. Prenatal and Postpartum care will focus on pelvic health, providing tools to relax and strengthen the pelvic floor and integrate movement to facilitate the core four working synergistically together for optimal function and health. No previous yoga experience is required for this series, all expectant and new mamas are welcome. For our postnatal Mamas we recommend starting a minimum of 6-8 weeks post delivery or 12 weeks after c-section, and as always with the clearance from your healthcare team. Please note this is a mams only class.
